Breakfast in the morning

I always eat breakfast in the morning on weekdays. I have some water and a sandwich early 7:00 I never eat fish or meat for breakfast but I some times go to a restaurant especially on weekends. Ilove refrehment and I always have some refreshment for breat fast but i never eat potatoes and pasta in the morning.
